- Always lift ceramic pieces from the base using both hands; avoid lifting by rims or narrow edges.
Place on stable, level surfaces to prevent tipping or impact damage.
- Ceramic is durable yet fragile handle with care to avoid chips or cracks. Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
- For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap if required.
- Avoid abrasive scrubbers, harsh chemicals, or acidic cleaners, as they may damage the surface or finish.
- Rinse gently and wipe dry immediately to prevent water marks.;
- Use inner liners when possible to protect the ceramic surface.
- Slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are inherent to handcrafted ceramic and celebrate its artisanal nature.
- These variations are a mark of authenticity and not considered defects.
